Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

Important: "Our Return and Refund Policy lasts 15 days of delivery, especially fragile products listed above. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange."

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEM FOR A NEW ONE AFTER DELIVERY?

"We are happy to replace a new order at no extra fee if items are delivered in the bad condition (defective, damaged) or wrong or missing. 
Please send our Customer Service a email to support@febers.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number, the photo or/and video of the damaged, missing, wrong items. We will support you case ASAP.  "

1.1. You received the wrong item

No worries, please send a video and image of the incorrect item they received to support@febers.com and one of the team will follow it up for you.

1.2. You received a damaged/faulty item

The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email (support@febers.com) stating your order number and please include a photo and video of the damaged goods. If we can see in the proof that it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP

HOW CAN I RETURN THE ITEM(S) FOR REFUND?

We would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

Return process

We are able to authorize the return on the orders which is faulty (damaged item, wrong color, missing parts of orders, etc.,) due to our on end. Please send us a picture and a video as a proof for the issue.
We will check the proof and notify if your return request is approved. If you are approved, we will provide the return address. Please be noted that you will pay the return shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”
  • The item(s) have been used or washed
  • The item(s) have been delivered with correct size and/or correct color as in order
  • The item(s) have been broken after several use

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
