By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Note: Our policy may last 15 days from arrival date especially fragile products. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.

1. Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via Support@Febers.com. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions.
2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items
If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, please kindly reach out to us via Support@Febers.com,
To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

Caution:This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
- Aftermarket modification

3. Did not receive your product
If you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not meet your expectations or you have difficulties with the delivery, you do have the option to request a refund.
-Refunds can be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order for most items.
-The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s progress.
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
Exchanges (if applicable)
